Commercial web-based SQL application; developed extensive Access queries and reports to improve & refine results. Heavy use of SQL pass-thru queries where applicable.

Installed new functionality to expedite labor-intensive tasks, namely 1) single-screen grading for real estate classes; 2) batch update for updating status transmitted to the national association.
